I like it better than Affinity Designer. A few things though. It'd be nice to be able to adjust the colors of the UI. That flat mid-grey for everything is very uninspired. Also, the Stroke and Brush options are hidden in the Appearance palette. They need to be their own palettes otherwise you're constantly clicking on the gear icon to see or adjust values. Would also be good to let the user change keyboard shortcuts or tools/menu items.

Very Buggy crashes all the time, as with all of Belights current software. Has rulers but they don't do anything also when resizing a shape the dimensions do not work in real time, only update after you resize the object??? cant use this app for anything real. Did I mention it crashes frequently. Belight used to be a great company I own most of their previous apps but the quality has gone downhill fast.

Please note that I don’t own Amadine and have only tried it for a day or two. Having said that, I admit that it’s one of the simplest and most straightforward programs of its kind and if your needs are limited its learning curve allows you to master it in no time. It has a simple interface and has never crashed on me during my tests. I already own and use “Affinity Designer” but it’s very powerful and to get the hang of it you need to practice daily for at least a month whereas learning Amadine is nearly immediate. Many of us don’t need all that power for everyday necessities and opt simplicity for power. If you are one of such users, then this is a handmade tool for you. Fariborz AMIRSHAHI - Verona (Italy)
