World Clock Deluxe overview
World Clock Deluxe is a reliable and easy-to-use time tool. With World Clock Deluxe you can display multiple clocks in a horizontal or vertical palette, in the menu bar and in the Dock, show Greenwich Mean Time and Coordinated Universal Time, easily identify the best time for conference calls or videoconferences across multiple time zones, quickly calculate time conversions between different cities or time zones, and show the current weather all over the world.
What’s new in version 4.19.3
- In the Meeting Planner you can now choose the format of the date displayed in the table's first column. Click the Action pop-up menu at the bottom of the table, then choose a format (short, medium, long) from the Date Format submenu.
- Daylight-saving time information for Morocco, Palestine, Paraguay, and Western Sahara has been updated. Next year, Morocco and Western Sahara will switch from Western Europe Summer Time (UTC+1) to Western Europe Time (UTC) during Ramadan, presumably from February 23 to April 6, 2025. Next year, DST in Palestine will start on April 12, 2025, after the end of Ramadan. Paraguay abolished the switch to standard time and will observe daylight-saving time all year round.

WCD deluxe 4.16 crashes on launch under Mojave on my MacPro. I had to re-install 4.15.4 to have it launch properly. It's a week now since 4.16 was released, and still no fix for this?

Most people just want a second timezone in their menubar for business or loved ones. If that's you, mclock does that for free, without the bells and whistles. Developer is a nice guy and very responsive. Try it out:

Is it me or do I smell a rat? Such positive reviews for what is an okay application.
I have been using this application on and off since around the late 1990's.
It does its job and quite well too. But these reviews seem somewhat contrived.
