BrightIntosh increases the maximum brightness of your MacBook Pro with XDR Display for free!

This open-source application makes use of HDR content to increase the maximum brightness of your MacBook Pro for any app!

The app provides various settings like brightness levels, shortcuts and automations to make your experience as convenient as possible.

Supported devices are:
  • MacBook Pro M1 14" / 16"
  • MacBook Pro M2 14" / 16"
  • MacBook Pro M3

What’s new in version 1.4.2

  • We resolved an issue with the brightness slider in the menu bar, which caused unusual noises when used while the settings window was open.
