Ease of use: 2.0
Running v3.5.1 free trial on Catalina is painful. Right click on the app to open it, nothing happens. Show package contents, in MacOS and run PrivadoVPN opens terminal window with diagnostic info, then I can open the app up to connect to VPN.
Reliability: 2.0
No dropped connections so far, but I get "banned IP address" from some sites. After I click to disconnect, my internet stops working while the app is still running. I have to quit the app completely for my internet to work again.
