Looks a lot like Browserosaurus. Nice because it's free, but AFAICS the rules are only working for complete urls! So they're quite useless. When this app will allow rules the way Choosy does, it will be really interesting. For now it works by displaying a menu any time you click a link (for example in an email but not in a browser).

How can this product be rated 5 stars with no reviews? While it seems like a good program, still need to see reports of its use before any kind of rating is given.
