The Mac Zoho Backup Tool has the ability to transfer the emails from all the folders of mailbox selectively or in bulk.

Main Features:

• Exports emails in PST, MSG, PDF, MBOX, EML, TXT, EMLX, CSV, HTML, & MHT
• Download messages from single user account with same metadata & properties
• Provides support to apply Date-Filter to transfer data from a certain time-period
• Option to export emails & delete them from mailbox via Delete after Download
• Make sure no previous files are copied in the next process via Incremental Backup
• Apply Naming Convention to rename emails for PDF, HTML, TXT, EML, MSG, etc.
• Ability to backup selected emails from all folders or mark Exclude All Mails folder
• Support to set Page Margin, Paper Orientation, & Page Size in PDF format
• Offers the option to add Bates Number on saved files using different options
