I've used Switches for a long time, which this app is basically a clone of (I don't know which one came first, my point is they are virtually identical). The biggest difference I see is that OneClick appears to be actively under development. If nothing else, the icon is much cooler, and it actually changes correctly when you switch between dark/light modes (unlike Switches).
Very handy little app!
