If you are a bit tech inclined ff-works would be a better option. Like James mentioned this app will only transfer one fee based service to another fee based service. Not really "freeing" your music.
This software is not really free as the 'free' version is really more of a demo version as it will only allow the transfer of playlists and limit it to 100 songs. A feature limited useable version is $10 total but the full featured version is subscription based and is $20/year. It also will only transfer one fee based service to another fee based service - i.e no purchased music track transfer from iTunes, Amazon, etc.
