STAY AWAY. It's a scam. The software took 12 hours to convert 1000 gmails to txt. Should be quick and simple. Support asked for the logs and and my hardware config. 16gb memory / 256gig solid state drive / nothing else running. When I asked for a refund they suddenly quoted me all kinds of legal like they were expecting it. It cost $30 but $50 if you want the output to be pdf. STAY AWAY. A SCAM. The software doesn't work.

Worked without any issues. Able to convert my mbox file exported from Google Workspace in easy steps. I requested some custom fixes and MacUncle team provided me without any extra charges.

WARNING! This software does not at all function the way it is claimed. Above all, their alleged generous refund policy is a joke. After pointing out the errors of the program I got absolutely no refund. Stay away from this product.

TERRIBLE. I bought the conversion for thunderbird to gmail. Could not open due to security issues with apple. Spent 3 days getting MacUncle to have help session. Finally got tech with poor english skills. Had chat session for over two hours during which time finally got software to work only to be told had to spend more money to get upgrade for gmail format. I pitched a fit as gmail format was what I had orginally purchased and they gave the new key for upgrade for free and still could not get it to port converted files into gmail. I finally gave up having wasted the $30 bucks. Meanwhile they use Team Viewer which is a bitch to get off your computer when you are done....I would NOT recommend this software or this company
