Billing deparment and customer support is impossible to reach. Will bill you for annual subscription then cancel your account and tell you that you have to subscribe again. No one is available to help resolve these issues via customer support. Not worth the multiple charges for a product that doesn't work well and customer support that is unavailable when problems arise.

Unreliable product. Does not block website access to problematic apps and locks child out of necessary educational sites that have been approved as appropriate.
