Should have an option to have the panel slide open only when a shortcut key is pressed AND the mouse enters a specified edge of the screen (and, in the case of importing, only when a shortcut key is pressed AND the item is dragged to the 'hot' screen edge). Plus, to have the whole panel opaque.

WOW! I'm impressed! Before anybody posts any comment, I highly recommend visit developer's site and then the link to YouTube video showing how the application works. I haven't tried it yet, but from what I saw it is probably one of the best note taking applications. Including tasks, pictures...etc.

This app makes me angry!
1. If you use this app with "Open Bar" mode, and put it to the "Right," and when you are using any window with max size, this app will make this window's scroll bar unclickable (actually, you can click on the scroll bar, but the clickable space will become very thin/tiny).
Drive me CRAZY!
2. If you use this app with "Hot Side" mode, the macOS native function "Hot Corner" will be affected!!!

this application is the best for taking notes quickly and conviently backed with a very powerul features linke to-do , markdown , drag and drop pictures all in one place and the killer feature is the ability to put work in different folders , very handy and stunning . the developpers also are so responsive and helpful , since this application launched i searched for a perfect every day note taking application for work and study and finally found it with side notes , deserves every penny and deserves 5 star review seriouslly .
