Theme and Window Management

- Delay showing the main window until all themes are fully applied.
- Restored geometry and window state twice to ensure proper functionality.
- Limited setContentsMargins to specific widgets to fix issues when changing themes.
- Prevented empty context menus from appearing on the property table view.

I gave it a try but it freezes as much as it can... First if you don't allow connections! (Why would I need to connect anywhere for editing a video?) Then, once you've given up blocking connections, it freezes as soon as you try to move some segment. Too bad, it looked nice. Shotcut may not be the state of the art but at least it works.
