The half-star review is definitely experiencing an ID-10T error. However, it does seem that the app is ignoring the images that are dropped and always resizes down from your 1024 icon. This is a bad idea, you should always have icons at each size (for best results hire a designer, they'll do that for you) As stupid as the other review is, I would agree that this tool is not usable as an icns generator yet.

To say this app is bare bones is to understate the case. There are no instructions on how to use it. Drag and drop doesn't work, nor does cut and paste, and theres's no File Open or Import menu item. Just how you are supposed to get an image into the app is, therefore, a mystery. The developer's web site offers not information whatsoever. More bare bones. Don't bother with this until the developer is, well, more developed. I'd give it a zero rating, but there's no spot here for zero, so half a star will have to do to show my disdain.
