If this had a "no stars" rating, I would give it that. Their customer "service" is non-existent". ( It's just unhelpful, irritating "canned responses" from stupid, horrible Zendesk. If there is a problem, you can't get a real human.

We bought an extended subscription, and the app has basically stopped working. It is very "buggy", and there is virtually no one to help you when there is a problem. ( IOW : You can't get an actual human being; they just send you irritating, unhelpful articles through Zen Desk. ) *** I have contacted these people MULTIPLE times for assistance - nothing, ( insert cricket noise ) - just silence. WORST customer service, ever. I want help, or I want a refund.

As usual with any website, I personally do NOT recommend logging in with your Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc. account. Create a unique account with a unique impossible, long password stored in a quality password storage program on your Mac.

Wow. Did that ever start eating my CPU for breakfast! I used Fluid instead and created a dedicated app for the CALM website. Pretty much does the same thing.
