Yay. As of v1.6.5, the developer is providing an ARM version of Cryptomator, making it compatible with all M1 processors. It still has an option requiring abandoned MacFUSE. But you can work around it and use WebDAV instead. The documentation of their $10 iOS app is essentially nonexistent. But they're supposedly working on it, despite the app being 4 years old. (o_0) ...Time will tell. I upped its stars to three.

NOT M1 Mac ready. It runs, but it wants to use MacFUSE, which is inert on M1 Macs. AND MacFUSE has been *abandoned* by Google in any case! As such, Cryptomator is significantly useless on M1 Macs. Unless they have plans to rewrite it for ARM, you might as well toss it. - - It should still work fine on Intel Macs.

it's not a mac application. No menu in the menu bar. Very buggy and preference menus opening makes the application unresponsive if a vault is open

Neither MacUpdate nor their webpage mention iCloud support - anyone used this on iCloud? Does it work OK?
