I was having a bit of trouble with the installation but was helped on Christmas Eve to troubleshoot it. It turned out I was wrong with macOS privileges but with the help of the support I finally found the problem.

Had to bring in IT guy and deinstall; could not print to any of my Xerox machines in the office. What a waste of money.

Seems to work pretty well, although the permanent "Update Available. Download Now" advice refuses to disappear even after updating. Other than that, I'm most pleased with my purchase. It would be churlish of me to award it any less than five stars.
