Definitely don't waste your money. I purchased this product after reading a number of positive reviews, however my experience was vastly different. The product did not work, despite over 12 attempts, including following advise and suggestions from the customer support. When I asked for a refund, I was met with EVERY excuse under the sun, including and email acknowledging that their product does NOT work for everyone, but in order to "cut my losses" (yes, they actually wrote that), I should accept access to one of their other products. I ended up taking my daughter's iapad to apple, where they managed to back it up and restore it, before determining that there was still a software error and replaced the iPad. Honestly, don't waste the $170AUD, just spend the money to have your device checked and fixed with Apple!

This is the most used app on my Mac. Sometimes you should DFU restore your iPhone to update and repair deep firmware on the device. You could technically do that with iTunes, but this makes it effortless. It also repaired a bricked iPad I had.
