Open Subtitles FlixTools is one of the easiest ways to download, upload, and synchronize subtitles for your movies and TV series. Supports adding, converting, and editing metadata for iTunes.

Version: 3.3.1
There's a free version, but it only works with files correctly named (starting with the title and possibly the year, in case of conflicts). The manual search (typing or pasting the name) works but you need the paid version to DL them.
