MergePDF overview
MergePDF can merge many PDF/image files into one PDF file. Its main feature is its ability to set the order of binding of the PDF/image files according to their view-sorting order in Finder. The PDF files will merge with the order in which they are displayed.
In addition, MergePDF can create bookmarks named according to their original file names.

Although free it lacks a simple feature : change the order of the merging PDF files.
As said below, the built in Preview OSX app can do what this app does and more.

Why install this when the built-in Preview app has been around for years and does this with a drag & drop?

Crashes on me every time. (Mac OS X 10.11.3)
Also, I find the "MacUpdate Installer" that puts the app into the "Applications" folder rather annoying.
