Value: 2.0
But it's a shame, that they offer "pay once solution" – and already after 1 year they force you to buy new licenses due to updated version. So be careful with doing an update; maybe it's even not necessary in your setup. This policy ist totally not communicated on their website.

I thought this was a good font manager but now as I use it I find it super annoying. It'd be great if we could have a list view of just the fonts names. Only options are to show preview text. Also, the "activated" font's green dot is too small. A checkbox next each font so we can activate/deactivate instead on right clicking and selecting activate/deactivate would be nice. When you double click on a font family to show its styles, the font list jumps to show all the styles leaving you to locate the tiny font name to double click to close the style list. Can we have a flippy triangle to expand/close the styles?

Tested it for a couple weeks and though it had some bugs we decided to use it for our small office of designers. Afterward, some larger bugs appeared. First, shared libraries: Just didn't work for large libraries. Would work for a few font families, but sharing many thousands of fonts, it failed to update, failed to preview, failed to activate fonts for individuals. Typically I'd see about 10% of the fonts that should have been accessible. We tried trashing the cache, rebuilding the font libraries (many times), reinstalling the app, etc... No luck. Other problems were relatively minor but included lag after installing more than a few thousand fonts. We're still using RightFont for our group and working out the hiccups. It's not a worse experience than Suitcase, tbh, and much more affordable per license. The interface is refreshingly simple and once font previews are loaded, it's pretty fast. Auto-activation has some bugs, but again, not worse than Suitcase.
