Lava Lamp is one of that totally unneeded but such lovely apps. lol. Actually, I've installed it just for fun and not sure I would use it long.
P.S. The colors are really fantastic.

There used to be and earlier lava lamp widget that better portrayed the wax blob motion. This one sticks to using various sized spheres instead, which is disappointing. However, the shifting color effect is lovely. Play your favorite psychedelic '60s rock and you're tripping!
