Interesting features but I made an error by buying it: Calcbot has no widget to appear in the Notification Center :-/

I must be honest and have to admit that Talbots apps are hard to resist despite their terrible update policy... so I gave Calcbot OS X a chance
Its UI is great but what I don't like is that favs are in fact calculation results and NOT pre-set conversions. I also have the Calcbot 2 app on iOS and there you have the samen problem. Also missing favs sync between IOS and OS X...

Just bought this off of MacUpdate. Apple's default Calculator app has some bugs where it has incorrect answers to simply addition problems. It happens at irregular times so I can't trust it. Calcbot has a clean interface and I like being able to see the "tape" for what I've typed in. It also seems to work fine with the Clipboard, which is important and I often copy/paste numbers into the calculator.

Just as an info that my comment is not about bashing, but about a developer (Tapbots) who released a couple of iOS Apps which haven't seen updates for years. Among them are Weightbot, Convertbot, Calcbot and Pastebot. Th only apps which has theit interest is Tweetbot for both iPhone and OS X. Currently they are busy with a new Tweetbot for iPad.
I don't want to support a developer anymore who ignores his customers. (just read the global iTunes App Store comments on above apps and see what I mean.
Really terrible this attitude.
