It doesn't work. The .m3u file is created. The playlist is empty on my Sandisk Sport Plus MP3 player. Playlist and mp3 files are in the same directory. Fortunately not bought yet.

I was looking for that "do-what-I-mean" button and M3Unify managed to tame my mp3s by reading the ID3 tags and automatically renaming the files so they will play in the proper order. Not much to ask but it does it very well. There are more functions I haven't even played with yet but, just for the one "add track# before name" feature, it was worth the $5. Perfect.

I’ve been trying to use m3unify to move my iTunes library onto a usb stick to use in my car. The car reads all the songs just fine and properly assigns artists, albums, and artwork to each song as it is playing. However, the car cannot read a list of albums or artists or genres. It only offers a list of songs and then only in a choice called root. Also each song shows a / at the top of the screen — I’m not sure why. Anybody know how to make it so that I can choose music by artist or album? FWIW, the car uses a Mazda Connect 59.044 system to play music.

Very useful app, not just for playlists, but to me more importantly converting audio formats. This app can also convert audio files to different formats with different bitrates. It can keep folder structure and also rename files. All with a nice functional interface. I asked the developer if it were possible to add a feature for me, two days later it was added. Very useful app and 5 stars to the dev.
