The developer does not respond to my emails. I purchased this software last year in June. Since then my iMac died and I bought a Mac Studio. I installed the software but would not work - kept getting an error msg. Tried to contact the developer several times to see if he could help or even give me a upgrade price. Had no response at all.

Developer does not respond to communication.
Hasn't been updated for over 2yrs.
Purchased TraX last June.
Then my old iMac died & I bought a Mac Studio.
The software wouldn't accept my serial number & wouldn't work on the new Mac.
Contacted the developer several times for help.
Was willing to pay an upgrade fee if required.
No response from the developer.

Is anybody knows aniyhing about this new dsd compression feature? The file size is half of the original dsd. But what about the quality? Is this lossless? thx
