Cakebrew overview
Cakebrew is the answer if you're tired of using Homebrew from the Terminal! Cakebrew lets you do most of the common tasks in Homebrew, including installing, upgrading, uninstalling, and getting formula information. You can also use Cakebrew to update Homebrew itself. Note: It is important to know that Cakebrew does not install Homebrew on its own! Homebrew is an open-source app in the beta development stage. Please feel free to report bugs or even fix them if you wish. More information on the app's homepage: cakebrew.

Very good GUI implementation of homebrew. The app is however missing one thing: a menu bar item with quick access plus daemon/agent to notify the user of "brew outdated", without him having to open the main application itself (or the Terminal) every time. That would be awesome. Until then only 4 stars.

homebrew being such a vital tool, to make a GUI version is a great idea for anyone scared of the Terminal app.
just as the ones for using git.
haven't tried it yet but will check it out for sure.
