SuperTab overview
SuperTab allows you to fully customize the Mac's built-in Command-Tab app switcher. Before SuperTab, the app switcher only gave you access to your currently active apps. With SuperTab installed, you now have access to a whole lot more when pressing Command-Tab, such as:

- Hide itself after it has been in the background for a user-selected time period.
- Quit itself after it has been idle for a user-selected time period.
- Prevent System Sleep or Screen Saver activation when it is the foreground application.

I used to love SuperTab and depended on it constantly. Unfortunately in a past upgrade it kills other apps running at the same time. I could no longer have two apps on the screen at the same time, which really killed productivity. I traced the problem to SuperTab. Even if it's the only extension running it hides everything else. I e-mailed the developer two weeks ago but haven't gotten any feedback. At this point I can't recommend it. Running OS 13.6.

DefaultFolder is the only Finder enhancement-type app developed tirelessly, year after year, decade after decade, kudos agai to St.Clair Software.

I'm using SuperTab since v1; it's a real time-saver! I started working on 14” CRTs in the Nineties, and I can’t get rid of my habit to constantly close the Finder windows to get some extra space… on my dual-24" configuration :) Having SuperTab to quickly access all of the latest Finder items is great.

this application in the best on the platform for multi tasking and application switching , it add a lot of features and option to boost the productivity , while many other application switchers apps on Mac are trying just to focus on one thing , supertab add a whole lot of things at your keyboard command tab or command option , once I tried it for the first time I was blown away from how this application can access all current , hidden and other application with clipboard and option to do quick action just from the same window . very powerful and convenient and deserves 7 stars not 5.

I like that this little app will allow you to easily switch open apps, but also provides in the same app, access to items I have copied. I also like that I can program it to open quickly with a double tap of the Command key.

I was looking for a replacement for Dock Thing because they have stopped developing it. This is it! It's great.
