This looks like someone trying to make a quick buck with no work. It's basically what you'd expect after someone followed some sort of tutorial in "Cocoa Programming 101" and decided to charge money for it. It has virtually no features, and virtually no user interface.
As a bonus, the developer's "website" is just a weebly template with the template graphics still in place, and a generic contact form. No information about the product whatsoever.
