  • Convenience - Print complete, professional U.S. Postal Service(R) postage right from your PC or Mac with no monthly fees. Use the application the way you want--download the software or print stamps online.
  • Efficiency - Save time and eliminate trips to the Post Office to mail your reminders, invoices, or packages. Increase productivity, and let the software manage the latest postage requirements.
  • Save Money - Avoid long-term contracts and monthly subscription fees with our mailing solutions. DYMO Stamps(R) is the only true pay-as-you-go electronic postage solution. Please Note: DYMO requires a free user account in order to use the software.

What’s new in version 2.17

Version 2.17:
Price-Change Support
  • Prices for many services are changing.
  • When using Endicia, the First-Class Mail Letter postage stamp rate will decrease from $0.465 to $0.46.
  • There are no price changes for First-Class Mail International, Priority Mail International, First-Class Package International Service or Priority Mail Express International.
New Features
  • Added support for nonrectangular First-Class Package Services pieces.
  • You can now hide the file extension when saving a label to PDF.
  • Added new capitalization preference for international addresses. The default is set to Mixed Case.
  • Added automatic ability to verify city/street/ZIP code only for addresses that don’t fully verify with the USPS. These labels can now be printed.
Removed Features
  • Removed support for DYMO 99019 label entirely. You’ll need to switch to a different DYMO label type such as 30387.
  • Removed the option to manually pick a particular customs form, as the software now automatically picks the correct one.
Changes and Improvements
  • Corrects an issue where the application says your passphrase is incorrect instead of prompting you that it must be changed.
  • Ensures that the tab/comma import options are shown when importing a text file of addresses.
  • When printing a Priority Mail Express mailing record, the barcode will now scan correctly at post offices. The package labels have always scanned correctly, this is simply the receipt that can be printed from the mailing log.
  • Fixed a bug where the software always defaulted to First-Class Mail instead of the mail class that was last printed.

This worked great for us until they "upgraded" to Stamps.com. I have never been able to get it to work since. I have emailed, but get a return email saying they are too busy to answer emails, meanwhile they kept my money (a little over $100). I've asked for a refund, but again, they have too much volume to respond to emails.

Postage showing as $.46 in version 2.17, but USPS says current 1st Class is $.49. Something to do with "commercial rate" but still confusing. Rates go up January 21, 2018.

As so often, updates to Endicia software are all messed up. I use Dymo Stamps with Dymo Label 8.5.2.95. This download is not for Dymo Stamps as stated, but for the Endicia app. Doing an official update from within Dymo Stamps shows that 2.15 is the latest version; so far, 2.15.2 does not exist.

I'm getting crashed with DYMO Stamps 2.14.4 (403) and Mac OS X 10.10 (Yosemite). Anyone else having this problem or know of a solution?

MacUpdate says latest version is 2.13.4. Endica web site and MacUpdate both offer 2.13.3 download only. So where is 2.13.4?
