I bought the yearly plan and I was running into an issue after that. I asked for the refund and they will not refund me because of their "terms". I only used my plan for a day and asked for a fix. They didn't fix the issue and they never refundeded. What's more they closed my account as they said I was not using Monosnap according to their "terms". And I barely used their application! And I paid for a yearly plan just to be cancelled??? I was sure the issue was in Monosnap because the my S3 keys was working on all other accounts. Their support response take 5 days, many issues. I will never recommend it.
