MySafe lets you hide and password-protect files and folders.
Features
- Create a Virtual USB key protected with password
- Hide the contents of your secret folders from Spotlight and Finder
- Receive mail and iMessage (with iSight capture, except on OS X 10.11 El Captain), geolocation, IP, Mac name, in case of folder intrusion
- Have multiple MySafe installations on the same Mac
- Place MySafe in your DropBox

This software is not working with MacOS Mojave and the developer's website is gone. I'll need to find a different way to access my locked files. Do not download if you are using Mojave.

Not happy. First of all when I had to update MySafe for new MacOSX my old MySafe became un-accessible so I lost all the files. Then the new MySafe version won't work unless I Post/Share/Like on Facebook (what if you don't have it??) but I did do this and got no reply to my email requesting the licence as instructed. Why can't one just pay a small fee to get the licence instead? It is all too hard, and I will be finding alternative software now.
