Rich Text overview

Rich Text is an intuitive and easy-to-use text processor that enables you to concentrate on your inspiration without waiving dearly functions such as spell checking. If you can get your text done in a shorter amount of time, you have more time for yourself, your family, and other goals.

Many people spent more time in searching for commands than in writing good-looking text. Dozens windows and inspectors clutter the desktop. All of these things are visual distractions, and as we are visual creatures, our minds do not let us ignore them. They pull for our attention, and stress us out.

Your writing tool should help you complete your writing tasks with more simplicity and less stress. When you don't have to worry about how to find commands, you can shift your focus to what to write.

If you are an editor, blogger, technical writer, journalist, freelancer, or just need to write something, start simplifies your work today.

How is this better than the build in text editor in Lion? I don't see the need for yet another text editor that doesn't actually give something new to text editing.

The Developer might want to proof read what is written about the app. If this was produced on the app then it's no recommendation for the spellchecking features for a start. And of course, we really, really need yet another text editor that is greed to solving problems that don't actually exist.
