NoteCard overview

NoteCard is your Macs visual note taking studio inspired from Stickies - the venerable Mac classic for notes! NoteCard keeps your notes organized the way you like and readily available so you're more productive and inspired to write down your ideas.

What makes NoteCard different from other text editors and sticky note apps on the Mac? NoteCard lets you: make tabbed cards, stack cards in groups, add pages to cards, store cards in sheets for quick access and a full screen editing environment called Reader.

Do you own multiple Macs at home or the office? NoteCard is fully Dropbox compatible so you can sync all your Macs anywhere they are, automatically as you work.

I hear that some have found this buggy, but I have not, its solid as a rock on OSX Lion, and syncs easily across my macs with drop box. Sometimes apps and utilities are buggy because of other apps being used. Much as I hate today it like the extension back in the day in OS 7 to 9. I really like this app, it sthe first solid stickies style app that syncs properly and does so much more than stickies. Its not exactly expensive either.

Buyer beware: this is very, very buggy. Check the reviews at the Apple App store, you'll see the problems are widespread. Crashes all the time. You can lose work easily. Hopefully, these will be fixed because the program is very well designed otherwise.

This really looks interesting! Would someone be so nice to explain what the difference in features is between: - NoteCard ($7.99) - TaskCard ($9.99) - TaskCard (Free) All 3 apps are from the same developer and look pretty much the same. Does anyone know about that?

I think it is not fare to abandon TaskCard and even not sending a message to TaskCard Customers about this new program or offering a free license to this program. This strange behavior from the developer prevents me from use it. Thanks for make things clear to me.

Well, I'll be the first here to claim myself as a fan. This program has a nice design elegance and functionality. I particularly like the tabs and sheet features. There are many more features I'm just starting to explore; it certainly seems well thought out, and the developer was quickly responisive to a feature request I made. I would also like to thank this developer for providing a DEMO that actually allowed me to explore the program wihout having to risk the money and have to go through the hassles of begging Apple for a refund if the program did not meet my needs. This person made a sale from me because I could take the program for a test drive. Other developers would be wise to follow suit.
