dear developer,
the app store does not work for all people. and even for those for whom it does work, the lack of a demo version, or at least a gallery on your website with details of what your software can produce, pretty much guarantees that we won't buy your product. even if it's just $4.99. there is so much junk software that 5 bucks here and 10 bucks there really add up. i no longer buy without trial.

pretty nifty. i'm picky about FX/filter type image manipulation, but this app produces surprisingly artistic-looking images with no or minimal adjustment of the presets. controllable variables are interesting, and relate well to the variables of actual drawing/brushing. the optional background images--think more in terms of the paper the 'sketches' are drawn on is a nice plus. definitely not a piece of appstore junkware, if you ask me: a bit of a steal at the sale price of two bucks.
