Outlook Email Archive X overview
Outlook Email Archive X is an utility for archiving emails and attachments you have received or sent using Microsoft Outlook in OS X. OEAX can archive your emails in six different ways with further sub-options. One of the features of OEAX is to archive emails as native Outlook file format.
Emails backup and restore
The files with .eml extensions give you the possibility to restore one email or group of emails, simply drop them back to Outlook at any time. This feature will let you restore the archived email even with future versions of Office.
Search your emails with Spotlight
Archived emails and attachments are automatically indexed by OS X. You can search inside thousands of files instantly using the power of Apple Spotlight technology or using SpotInside: find anything, anywhere, fast.
Free email DB template
A free FileMaker Pro template is included in the OEAX package. This template can manage your email's text and attachments in a custom database. With this valuable template you can easily manage all your emails and reveal the attachments with a simple click. Find anything, anywhere, fast.

I am a registered user of OEAX and this is a great program to organize and save multiple years of Email using OEAX. The tech support has been great when have any questions.

Can I use this to export from Outlook and then import emails back into Entourage? Upgrading from Entourage to Outlook was the biggest mistake I have made in 10 years of using a Mac. I now have 3 months of emails that I will loose if I revert to Entourage with out some kind of export and import solution.

I've used EEAX since 2004 and wouldn't email without it.
I've actually had to go back through my EEAX backups numerous times to find software receipts or misplaced emails or email addresses. If you use the previous generation of Microsoft Office with Entourage, EEAX is a must have.
I now use the current MS Office with Outlook for email, and have upgraded to OEAX.
Same great interface. Works just like EEAX. Backs up your entire mail box, including attachments. OAEX will even backup your deleted, sent and spam - your option (but why?). Another must have email utility, and a bargain at twice the price.
