An unbelievable application... very poorly written software and a very tardy response from support. Letter 17 march response 22 march (what OS are you running despite me putting this essential detail in my letter) I replied with OS same day, 29 March response , what OS are you Running? No further response from support after I answered their request again.

The software does not do what is claimed for it because it leaves a visible after-image on the screen wherever it was used last. Trial software expired before it could be used so no possibility to evaluate the software. I suspect this is because people would not purchase this awful software so no trial will catch some people out.

I purchased the software and then wrote to support asking for them to look at this issue of after-image. I was attempting to measure X-ray image dimensions outside of the Dicomed application for reading X-ray images. The ruler cannot be made transparent enough to avoid obscuring details underneath it with only 60% transparency being available, it is far too opaque for my needs. .

Rating minus 5 stars for software that is not ready for prime time and an uncaring developer who cannot be bothered to support the application. I would have preferred if the developer told me to F off rather than play this stupid game of pretending that they support their software. Save your money and look elsewhere. Ondesoft are a fly-by-night, two-bit company and it is not worth the trouble of trying to deal with them in an adult manner.

OK, Ondesoft, you have my money and your trickery means you do not have to care that your petty theft has netted you a small sum of cash. Enjoy it, you bunch of numb-nutted dimwits.
