Easy PDF overview

Easy PDF lets you create PDF documents without purchasing Adobe Acrobat Standard. You can save money by using our free program to create PDF files on your Mac. The application is a simple, lightweight, drag-and-drop application that will make a PDF file out of most image and text files. You can drag multiple files onto the program at once - facilitating batch mode processing. You probably know that you can create PDF files with Preview - but Preview does not lend itself easily to batch mode processing.

Simply drag file(s) onto the Easy PDF icon. If the file type is acceptable, a PDF version of your file will appear in on your desktop! The free version is fully-featured donation ware. If you need to merge these PDF files into one file, try our PDF Merge Software.

Won't convert RTFD files - RTF files with images or other attachments. Not sure why this should be; OS X converts such files to PDF natively.

This is really basic but it works. Yes, you can go File -> Print -> Save as PDF, but if you're like me and had 303 .rtf documents that you needed to batch convert to PDF, that would take a long time, while this app took just a few seconds. True, if I was motivated I could create an Automator action that does the same thing, but why bother when this already exits, works, and is free? Having said that, as Slurp pointed out it's rather simple. If there's an image in a .rtf text file (technically .rtfd) the app error's out on converting that. But if you just have a bunch of plain text or single images you want in PDF format fast, this works.

This is a complete senseless application. It only can make PDF's if it is a SINGLE image(.jpg, .tiff etc)No textfiles (with or without images). The standard-command "print" on the Mac is more simple, more effective....
