With Snap, launch an app in a snap.
Snap automatically assigns keyboard shortcuts to apps pinned in your dock, so you can launch the apps you frequently use with minimal effort. You can also set custom shortcuts to launch any other app on your Mac.

Downloaded for free from the App Store today. So far, so good. The only thing I don't like so far is that the keyboard shortcuts are global-only - no option for Finder-only. For example, I disabled Spotlight and replaced it with EasyFind. If I set Cmd-F to launch EasyFind, I won't be able to use Cmd-F in Safari to Find text. So I have to do something like Ctrl-Cmd-F, but I don't want to have to use Ctrl when I'm in Finder. Also, keep in mind that the Dock shortcuts can get in the way of Safari's Bookmarks Bar shortcuts, Finder's "View as...", etc., if you don't double up on the modifier keys.
That's pretty much the only feature I can think of off the top of my head that I would like to see added. Anything else could/should be covered by another app.
