An excellent little utility. Sometimes I use this several times a week, so I have it auto-launch at login so its always there in the background for when I require it.
The only thing I'd change, if I had the choice, would be the mechanism for selecting the HTML output. Rather than right-clicking the menu to begin with, if I could modify the menu click by holding down the Option key I'd be even happier. But that's just a minor niggle and not significant enough to warrant docking a star from my rating.

Won't launch for me (Intel iMac, OSX 10.6.7) but the cheeky little bugger takes the liberty of placing an alias in the Dock.
Can't therefore rate it but, if I could, I would probably give it a big score. A one-trick pony that you need only infrequently but, when you need it, you need it.
Need it to launch, that is.
