Simple, free, easy, works. Five stars. I looked for a LOT of other methods for a LONG time; Adapter knocks it out of the park.

I downloaded Adapter to batch convert 11 mp4 files to mp3 (about 40 GB). I was pleasantly impressed that all I had to do was drag/drop the group of files on the Adapter app and click "Convert"--couldn't be easier!
