It must be a dead project. There doesn't seem to be any way to make it work. I setup a Flickr and Google filter, with a saved download path, and nothing I do will get it to work. Nothing ever shows up in the download folder, and nothing happens other than errors in the console that it's cant access the path to itself; "universalAccessAuthWarn[45363]: AccessibilityAPI: pid 49866, is not allowed to access the accessibility API. Path: /Applications/Wally.app/Contents/MacOS/Wally" also some other error; "Wally[49866]: WARNING: The Gestalt selector gestaltSystemVersion is returning 10.9.6 instead of 10.11.6. This is not a bug in Gestalt -- it is a documented limitation. Use NSProcessInfo's operatingSystemVersion property to get correct system version number. Call location:" and other garbage. Basically, it doesn't work at all, and there's no support at the authors site. If you go there for support, all it does is say that you are not allowed to post, so useless in every possible way. Big waste of time.

...but it doesn't do anything... Seemed to install OK on OS 10.6.8 MB Pro, can find user interface, select settings, etc, but I still only see the Mac OS desktop. Where's Wally? Wish there were instructions somewhere...

After downloading what next? This is not for your average mac user whereby you simple double click and application. It looks like you need to have "terminal" skills. The programmers information on his website are in the true Mac programmers tradition: very cryptic. Now I understand its free and so...

A very nice utility, though perhaps needs few more things. But truly a lot of value for free and fun little doohicky. And as to whining about interfaces, etc., MacHeads need to pull their heads out. It's a multiplatform world, and Macs are not the majority that they think they. Any developer willing to do crossplatform work for free deserves a little respect for trying, keeping at to refine the work, and keeping it free on top of it all.

Hmm, I've downloaded this three times, and tried to install, but it gets all the way to the end, past validation and writing files, and then just says the installation failed..but no explanation. Anybody else able to install 2.4.2? I'm running OS 10.6.8 on a duo-core iMac.
