Anaglyph Workshop creates anaglyphs from single images, dual images, depthmaps, Holmes Cards, image sequences, side-by-side images, .MPO files and more.
Anaglyphs can be a saved as picture files or as a QuickTime movie.

Good application that generates nice anaglyph quickly. For me it worked only using red/green glasses (with the green used for the left eye) and doesn't work with red/blue ones.
