GenoDive overview
GenoDive is the premier Mac-application for population genetic analyses. The program was made with both diploids and polyploids in mind: all analyses can be used with multiple ploidy levels, for some analyses even up to hexadecaploids! GenoDive features the intuitive user interface that you expect on a Mac, as well as a large number of different types of analyses.
What’s new in version 3.06
- Pairwise Differentiation now correctly calculated Nei's D, Rogers, Euclidean, Manhatten, Chord and Chi-square distances.

Version: 2.0b25
Excellent implementation of many population genetic tests on OS X, and getting better with each beta release. Am looking forward to some promised feature implementations soon, but GenoDive is already very useful.
