While I do appreciate the work that must have gone into taming the beast that is MS Word into a workable manuscript processor, I doubt that anyone who's already paid for Word is going to want to shell out that much over again (Word, on the rare occasions it's offered as a standalone product, usually sells for around $99-129) to turn it into a single-purpose app.
Assuming it's utterly flawless, a professional person who makes a living turning Word output from idiot authors into usable manuscripts might find this worth it, if only there weren't open-source materials that, with a little fine-tuning, can do the job just as well or faster and cost only the time spent fine-tuning.
