Navicat for PostgreSQL is a powerful yet easy-to-use PostgreSQL graphical interface that provides extensive functionality for managing and developing PostgreSQL database. Advanced features allow you to create database models, import/export data, backup, transfer databases, create queries, and manage your local or remote SQLite server. It also includes a full-featured graphical manager for setting the users and access privileges and more.

The interface of this one is not as horrific as pgAdmin; yet it's not as pgsql too. The bad things I can tell about Navicat for PostgreSQL is that the general stuff works so if you just use a general datastore and it happens to be postgreSQL this app may or may not make you happy, but it does not bring out the postgreSQL part of things. For example trigger scripts do not even show up in the interface.

In general a good admin/maintenance tool, it's less postgreSQL specific than pgAdmin.

It's definitely not a database design tool optimized for postgreSQL; for that psql is still better. I wish they stole more from Filemaker; especially when it comes to the ERD/graph; not to mention the editing of the column definition.

Perfect tool to administrate your PostgreSQL databases. The only thing, that hast to be improved, is the poor speed of retireving data, if a table contains blob or text columns.
