Saved timers are not stored in a database or plist but have to be saved in a folder by yourself (but not possible in a Library folder). Every time you open a saved timer, you get the notification "Could not complete your request because Timer does not recognize this type of file." No alarm sounds available. Does not use system sounds apparently. Cannot import sounds. Clock cannot be set to 24 hours. While not totally unusable, it feels pretty unfinished. Regret my purchase.

Seemed great at first but useless after the first session. Resets itself to 00:00:00 no matter what you do after one "reset" command, so requires labor-intensive process of adding up all bits of time spent at end of project, potentially weeks later in dozens of sessions. Have tried deleting and reinstalling after doing a fresh download of installer, deleting prefs, NOTHING resolves this. Apimac's customer service "resolution" for the problem was an apology and an offer of a discount towards one of their other products, but if this one doesn't even work, why would I waste money on something else that probably won't work either? After much research, I have found a very easy to use better freeware product which does what it's supposed to and keeps a running log of time spent on a project.

This should probably go under Troubleshooting, so adding it here. I guess it's meant to be so "intuitive" that they think it requires no instructions of any kind, BUT... When I first installed and used this, a few months ago, I somehow figured out how to get it to NOT reset at quit or launch, so that I could go back the next day and the time I'd spent the previous day would be right there on the stopwatch, still "paused". Now, no such luck. I've tried logging the current state, exporting events log, save, save as, looked in preferences...nada. NOTHING seems to make it not reset to 0 every time I launch it, even when I save the timer I have open and then open THAT file later. It still comes up showing 00:00:00. Anyone know how to do this?
