Cog is an audio player that supports many popular file formats, including Ogg Vorbis, Flac, Musepack, Mp3, Shorten, Wavpack, AAC, and Monkeys Audio. Features include gapless playback, seeking, shuffle, and the ability to read unicode tags.

- Play Control: Previous track button now restarts the current track if 5 seconds or more have played
- Bug Fix: Include soxr latency in memory allocation, may have caused crashes in rare situations
- Bug Fix: Fix inserting empty chunks on track ends, which was occasionally causing silent gaps on track changes
- Audio Output: Optimize fader function
- Wavpack: Update libwavpack to version 5.8.1
- MIDI: Update BASSMIDI and company to latest versions
- MIDI: Make BASSMIDI the default plugin, and also fix AudioUnit plugin support
- MIDI: Add a configuration dialog for AudioUnit plugins, as some need to be activated first
- Sandbox: Disable library validation, as it apparently broke support for non-Apple AudioUnit plugins
- FFmpeg: Fix track position reporting for DSD tracks

I've just tested v3074 and dragging a file onto the app opens a warning and a dialog to open a folder... 🤔 Looks like you have to authorise every folder you play songs from! 🙄
Even dismissing the warning opens the dialog anyway.

The dev is currently updating Cog multiple times a day, I guess it's wise to wait a few days before he stabilizes... 😄

The original Cog app is no longer being developed / supported. But thanks to open source, it's now being being developed by Christopher Snowhill and his app works great.

I love the application but have one issue. When dragging a list of pre-sorted files onto the playlist (unwanted) Cog auto-sorts these files in alphabetical order :( . Maybe this issue can be fixed by the developer?
