Unlike a few negative reviews, I was given a serial number for both Ventura and Sonoma versions, and received them within 24 hrs. of paying. It was a little more than the 10 hrs. specified, but my purchase was on a Saturday evening, so I’m letting that one slide. I have used Cocktail in the past with great results.

I'm very disappointed that Maintain no longer honours its contract with some of us who purchased lifetime upgrades years ago. There's been no response from customer service after I've repeatedly contacted them. At least Onyx is free.

Was a fan, but no longer. As many others have posted, Maintain has gone to a nickel-dime price model and has become unresponsive. Try OnyX instead.

Highly recommended by me. I just updated to V17 for $19 discounted price. Received my receipt in minutes and serial in a couple of hours. IMHO app is brilliant, simple and affordable and far less complex than alternatives, also very regularly updated with detailed email notifications. I use it any time I have a system problem and especial before and after system updates. Only puzzle is why this is still an intel app?

Unfortunately, the end has come with my twenty-year relationship with Cocktail. Maintain (the company behind Maintain) simply no longer honors their commitment, and soliciting support leads to very late or no responses. Cocktail has been around for a while and was excellent at providing a simple, but effective means of execution and utility. However, OnyX does the same and can be used for free, but accepts donations of any amount, should you wish to do so. Another stellar replacement utility is Marcel Bresink’s TinkerTool (which is free) and his outstanding, and extremely feature laden TinkerTool System, which is available for a modest price. Goodbye Maintain, it was fun while it lasted.
