    FLARCH  ADDENDUM: SYSTEM DEAD AGAIN!

Tried the software again under somewhat different (better) circumstances and the whole process was repeated, only this time changing prefs wasn't necessary to cause Fontage to decimate the system.

I'd be very leery of this thing.  (Version 2.0)

    *½...

FLARCH  Looked pretty decent. KILLED THE SYSTEM.

I had tried to change some prefs and got the beachball of death. Used force quit. Tried to start it again.

It bounced endlessly and never loaded. I subequently tried to start some other software and found out EVERYTHING in the dock now bounced endlessly.

I then clicked the apple menu to log out. Got the beachball again. At that point nothing worked (except the menubar clock).

Had to shut down by holding the power button. Crashing's one thing, taking everything else along is another!  (Version 2.0)
