Ran for a while on Mountain Lion, albeit without the music and requiring a force quit to get out of it. However, now it no longer even launches.

This game has two major flaws: it will offer up gem matching hints and there's nothing you can do about it; and the support provided by PopCap is the worst I have ever encountered! I'm actually astonished at how poor it is:
1) You can only access the forums if you have a Facebook account
2) There's NO other way of contacting anyone at PopCap with support queries
I created a PopCap Store account just with the hope it might grant access to the forums—erroneously as it turns out—and now it transpires I can't delete that account, and there's absolutely no-one to contact on this matter. I had to email the damn International Press Officer—and even then I got an auto-reply saying she was on maternity leave and please could I contact someone else!
This is the kind of poor service I thought you only read about in a Terry Pratchett book…
